Here is how to reach Milan’s main venues*:

San Siro Stadium / Snai San Siro Racecourse
Reach Novate Milanese Station (800 m from the hotel) and take the S3 train towards Milano Cadorna Station. Get off at Milano Domodossola Station and take the M5 metro (lilac line), which will take you to both San Siro Stadium and the San Siro Racecourse.

Snai La Maura Racecourse
Reach Novate Milanese Station (800 m from the hotel) and take the S3 train towards Milano Cadorna Station. Get off at Milano Cadorna Station and take the M1 metro (red line) towards Rho Fiera. Get off at Uruguay stop, the entrance is a 10-minute walk away.
