Credit card: by entering your credit card details on the website.

Bank transfer is possible if you are booking your holiday at least 30 days before the departure date. In this case the bank transfer must be made within 2 working days from the purchase date.

Credit card via phone: you can choose to pay by communicating your credit card details via telephone to one of our operators who will contact you immediately after the purchase.

The website uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology, which allows your credit card number and other confidential information to be encrypted before transmission over the Internet. Travel documents will be available within 48 hours before the departure date in “Travel Documents” links, which you can find at the top right of the website.

To access and print your travel documents, simply enter the booking code and the e-mail address entered at the time of the booking confirmation.

Please check that your documents are in order and valid for travelling abroad (identity card or passport).

For those who have chosen a holiday in Egypt, it is recommended to purchase a visa, which is mandatory if you leave the Sinai area or your stay exceeds 14 days. The visa can be purchased at the same time of the booking.
