D International Management Srl takes the issue of safeguarding your privacy seriously. 2. WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE PROCESS AND HOW WE COLLECT THEM
Personal data is any information about you as an identifiable individual. We process different personal data, depending on the occasion and purpose. The personal information that we process include, depending on the services we are supplying: – Basic information such as name, age/birth date, tax code, nationality, permanent address, telephone number and email address. Financial information such as your credit card details and transaction history. Guest stay information, including the room where you have stayed, date of arrival and departure, services purchased, special requests made, telephone numbers dialled, or telephone calls received when connected to the telephone services we may provide guests during their stay;

Your Personal Information may be collected in different ways:

through our online services:
when you contact us through our website, making a reservation or enquiring about a room/service cost, when you sign up for a newsletter or participate in a survey or to a promotional offer. We can  also collect your ID account information on social media if you are following or contacting us ( Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest)

through our offline services:
when make a reservation over the phone or by email ; when you contact our customer service or participate to a hotel event.

from other sources:
We can obtain data also from our archive; we receive them from travel agencies booking on our website; from our partner Domina Srl and by clients signing an agreement with us on behalf of third parties ( e.g.: a person/spouse booking the rooms for the whole family; a friend who books the stay for his group of friends or transfers the reservation to a third party. In this case the user/client personally guarantees to have obtained prior authorization to the data communication and releases D International Management Srl from any responsibility. He also commits himself to inform the third parties about this privacy policy.

Health information are considered sensitive personal data, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016. They will not be automatically processed but will be used only when disclosed and relevant to the provisions of services ( e.g: food allergies; disabilities)

3. HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We use your personal information for the following purposes:

a) Online bookings through our website www.dominagarda.it . We provide you information about the hotel (rates , availability, facilities etc ) and about the services you are requesting. We process and manage reservation inquiries and reservations to supply services and the accommodation requested, including execution of your hotel stay; to process transactions through our website; for any payments processing (in particular also for tracking your use of our services (telephone, bar, restaurants activities etc.), for performing check-in and managing access to the rooms) We collect and process personal data also to inform you about additional offers and tailor our service according to demand.

b) for fulfilling all legal obligation to which our company is subject as controller, including financial reporting, tax laws, accounting obligations, etc.); for billing purpose in relation to your stay with us.

c)  Promotional and informational communication. We also use some personal data ( name, email address, telephone number, date of birth, hobbies, etc) to send you newsletter regarding our hotel news, to advise you of promotions, offers that may be of interest to you, if when required, you separately provide your consent to us to do so.

d) To provide information about our activities when requested by you through our website, by signing up for our newsletter or in case you contact us directly by phone, email or throughout social media pages.

Obligation to provide data

As part of our contractual relationship, you are required provide such personal data which are indispensable to establish and perform the accommodation agreement or which we are legally required to collect. Without such data, we will generally not be able to conclude the agreement with you or to execute the same. In the event you should not provide us with the necessary information, we might not be able to provide you with the requested services or might not be able to do so completely.
Your consent is non- obligatory for points c) and d). However, in this case we will no be able to inform you. If the processing of your personal data is based on a consent granted to us, you have anyway the right to revoke your consent at any time.

Minors

The hotel website is not intended to be used by anyone under age of 16. We therefore request specifically people under 16 of age not using this site or submitting information requests. Minors may not send any personal data to us without the consent of their parents or guardians. Through our website, we do not process any personal data knowingly acquired from minors.

 
4. PERIOD OF STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal information will be stored s long as required for us to fulfil our contractual and legal duties; (legal, administrative, insurance, financial, etc) and for the time necessary to accomplish the purpose for which such information was collected. We will delete your personal information once it is no longer required for any of the purposes above described.

5. WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITH?

We may share some of your personal information with third parties or specific partners category, based on the service that we are requested and that we offer

a) If you decide to make a reservation on the Domina Borgo Degli Ulivi website, you will be linked to a reservation interface and a third party booking engine, provided by Blastness Srl, that owns the booking engine platform and will transfer your data to the hotel to provide the booked hospitality services.

b) Data may be shared with technicians of data hosting services, cloud services and IT services handling the website.

c) With our agents, employees, local representatives or consultants in charge to better serve your needs as a Guest or dealing with the public Authorities.

d) Should it be necessary to provide additional services, your personal data will be shared with :
– bus or car rental companies; boat rental supplier ; ( e.g.: excursions, restaurants etc);
– our professional advisors and auditors, legal consultant; insurance companies and brokers or other
professional advisor we may need for the above mentioned reasons;
– Business administration services, dealing with all the payments and invoicing process, banks, credit
card companies…,etc.

 
6.YOUR RIGHTS

You can object to data processing at any time and in case revoke your consent to data processing in particular if related to direct advertising. You can:
•    ask us to confirm whether we are processing your personal information, from which source we received them, with which purpose and how we are processing them.
•      receive information about the Data Controller and the Responsible for data processing
•    be informed about the third parties or companies we share your data with
•    obtain a copy of your personal information with the possibility to update, complete your personal information  or correct any possible inaccuracy.
•    request that we delete your personal information in certain circumstances
